Patrick and I are in the roughest place we have experienced in our marriage of 13.5 yrs. The things surrounding us are at times overwhelming. Work the plan, stay focused on the end result, breath, the plan, focus....... It is daunting to say the least. I can not go into detail as we both agree this is best left between us and want privacy. But we could use prayer right now!!!!

Soooo instead of feeling over run by things, today I am counting my blessings.

1. My Savior Jesus Christ for loving me in spite of all that I am
2. My wonderful, patient, loving husband- my best friend Patrick
3. My children- your laughter and spirit remind me daily why we are doing what we are. You amaze me with you beauty.
4 Our parents- your support we can not live with out!!!!!

Is it just me or is this starting to sound like a very BAD award speech?!? Yeah I thought so....
Annnnyyyy Waaaaay

5. Our jobs.... we have them nuf said!
6. Our house..... we have one and even though the To Do list is TOOO long we are so thankful we live in a house with enough room and are blessed to be where we are.

So the sun comes out and we get through one more day knowing we are truly blessed, no matter what the situation brings we have each other, God and that my friends is enough!!!!

My little girl is 9!

It is so hard to think that my baby girl just turned 9. I still look at her and see this tiny face with messy curls. I thought I would share some pictures of her that most haven't seen.

My sweet girl,
I am so incredibly blessed to have you. Your laughter is contagious. Your smile tender and your spirit is so caring. I have loved watching you grow and mature. You continue to amaze me daily. You make my heart happy! A million kisses to you.

A duck, a hippy and a cat oh my....

From James' Journey
Mommy's little duck. We finally got him to keep his hat on. When he walked the tail cute.

From James' Journey
Brennon dressed up like a hippy for school. He had a big wig and looked very cool:-)

From James' Journey
My little kitty cat. We had everything for this costume- so this was easy a little face paint and walla a cat.

From James' Journey
Our pumpkins- We always do a pumpkin for each child. They get to decide what to carve on it and this year it was creative. I did O's for lil B. Madi and Brennon drew there design and we helped them cut it out.
I love the way they glow- sooo pretty. And the fact that they are still in our front yard uuuhhhmmm! is hilarious. NOT!

We had a very relaxed Halloween this year. Because it was on a Saturday it wasn't so rushed. We hit a few trunk or treats at local churches and called it a night. Since we live where we do we only have a few trick or treaters.

Three years ago today was the worst day of my life. It has taken three years to regain hope and realize that God has a plan and althought I will never understand here on earth, his plan is ALWAYS GOOD! We are not made for here.
Heaven will be the only home my baby will ever know. My baby will forever be held in Jesus' arms and loved on by his creator. Although I wish I had, had the chance to know and love him here, I will rest in this daily. One day I will hold and kiss his sweet face but for now his Father will.

I love you and will forever carry you in my heart.

Madi and Braiden play so well together. They love to get into things. We have a saying that he likes her best because Madi never has a bad idea it is all fun with her.

We had a great evening and enjoyed seeing our family. Thank you again for coming and for everything. We love and miss you!
