My little girl is 9!

It is so hard to think that my baby girl just turned 9. I still look at her and see this tiny face with messy curls. I thought I would share some pictures of her that most haven't seen.

My sweet girl,
I am so incredibly blessed to have you. Your laughter is contagious. Your smile tender and your spirit is so caring. I have loved watching you grow and mature. You continue to amaze me daily. You make my heart happy! A million kisses to you.

A duck, a hippy and a cat oh my....

From James' Journey
Mommy's little duck. We finally got him to keep his hat on. When he walked the tail waddled...so cute.

From James' Journey
Brennon dressed up like a hippy for school. He had a big wig and looked very cool:-)

My little kitty cat. We had everything for this costume- so this was easy a little face paint and walla a cat.

Our pumpkins- We always do a pumpkin for each child. They get to decide what to carve on it and this year it was creative. I did O's for lil B. Madi and Brennon drew there design and we helped them cut it out.
I love the way they glow- sooo pretty. And the fact that they are still in our front yard uuuhhhmmm! is hilarious. NOT!

We had a very relaxed Halloween this year. Because it was on a Saturday it wasn't so rushed. We hit a few trunk or treats at local churches and called it a night. Since we live where we do we only have a few trick or treaters.

Hope

Three years ago today was the worst day of my life. It has taken three years to regain hope and realize that God has a plan and althought I will never understand here on earth, his plan is ALWAYS GOOD! We are not made for here.
Heaven will be the only home my baby will ever know. My baby will forever be held in Jesus' arms and loved on by his creator. Although I wish I had, had the chance to know and love him here, I will rest in this daily. One day I will hold and kiss his sweet face but for now his Father will.

I love you and will forever carry you in my heart.

October the 5th was lil B's 2nd birthday. It was a Monday and we spent the evening at home. We had dinner together and then let Braiden eat his cake. He loved blowing out the candles. I think we lit them a dozen times. He kept saying more. I love the little celebrations at home. It gives me a time to reflect on the year and remember the day they were born.
